Izzi inc. is based in Montreal and delivers all over Canada.  We make every effort to ship our baskets within 24 hours from the time we receive your order.  If your order is processed before 12:00pm eastern time, your basket will leave the same day with next day service.  All orders received after 12:00pm will leave the following day. 

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the gift package. Any value overcharge of more than $1 will be refunded. Should the value exceed $15.00, it will be confirmed with customer prior to shipping.

Basket contents can change without notice.  We will make every effort to send the exact products that are listed on our website, however if we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item, we will replace it with a product of equal or greater value.
